In the US (except for AZ.) dogs are not allowed on trails in a Nat'l Park. I've read dogs are allowed in Canada's Nat'l parks. We are going to visit Glacier Nat'l park in Canada in fall and would like to take Zuni. Can you give me some input? The only reason AZ finally changed their position was due to idiots that left their pets in a car when it was 110 degrees outside and they decided to go for a 2 hour hike. Sorry it took me so long to reply- I have been at our Cottage and internet is scarce- lol. Most national parks allow dogs as long as they are leashed. Your best bet is to contact the individual specific park you want to visit just to be certain. We are a very dog friendly country though- lol!
