36 oz. frozen shredded hashbrowns
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Mix butter, sour cream, both soups, a couple handfuls of the cheese, and salt and pepper together. Mix in frozen hashbrowns. Spread mixture into 9x13 pan. Top mixture evenly with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
