2 eggs
1 c peanutbutter
1/2 c mashed banana (about 2)
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 tbsp honey
2 c whole wheat flour
1 c wheat germ
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon

-Mash together all wet ingredients
-in a seperate bowl, measure out dry ingredients.
-add liquid mash to dry ingredients
- kneed a little to combine- should all come together into a ball.
*dough may be a little sticky- if so, add more flour.
Roll dough out and cut into desired shapes.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes for soft cookies or leave cookies in oven with heat turned off to crisp them.
