Shebandowans Basic Hamburger Stew 1 Large package of rugular hamburger (browned) Place in slow cooker 5 cups water 1 tsp. garlic powder 3 cups of carrots washed and cut up 6-8 potatoes washed and cut up Cook on low over night Mixture should be about half a pot now. Add more water until about half 2/3 full 1/2 - 2/3 cup of brown rice or Oatmeal Let cook untill thick Varations Add parsnips and a small mount of turnip sometimes just for more flavor. Frank
