Date Posted：03/07/2009 3:36 PMCopy HTML Tatertot casserole is very simple to make....no great cooking skills required..lol  People make it lots of different ways.  I do it like this..   2 bags tatertots 1 lb GroundBeef ( or turkey, pork.etc.) 2cans cream of mushroom soup Shredded cheese ( i use colby-jack, but you can use any type of cheese you want)   brown meat, then drain grease place tatertots along bottom of caserole dish,  mix browned meat with mushroom soup and then pour evenly over tatertots top with shredderd cheese   Bake at 350 for about 30 mins or until tatertots are tender and cheese is slightly browned.
