Ingredients

3 cups bananas mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 cups oats
1 cup peanuts chopped

Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Use teaspoon to drop on baking sheet sprayed with a non stick cooking spray and press flat. Bake for approx 15 min or until slightly brown. Cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
